1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Novara Systems platform, you agree to be bound by these terms of service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
2. Description of Service
Novara Systems provides a fully integrated AI client-acquisition engine that combines paid ads, automated outreach, AI follow-up, lead qualification, booking, CRM, and sales automation. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the platform according to your subscription plan.
3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, for all activities under your account, and for ensuring that your use of the platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
4. Account & Billing
Your subscription is billed on a recurring basis according to your chosen plan. You may upgrade or change your plan at any time. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access.
5. Intellectual Property
The Novara Systems platform, including its software, design, content, and branding, is owned by Novara Systems and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform.
6. Limitation of Liability
Novara Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the platform will be disabled, and your data will be retained for a reasonable period before being deleted in accordance with our data retention policy.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
